Estimated time to fall asleep: maybe 10-15 minutes, almost got up

Number of times awake: woke up early but didn’t look at the clock. “dreamed” M woke me, woke about 8:30 but just laid there/slept until the alarm went off at 9:05. Don’t think I’m drinking enough – no bathroom breaks

Approx. amount of time awake: not really sure, it seemed like I was awake but then I woke up

Estimated amount of sleep: 9+

Stress: remembering to do my sleep journal. my sleep schedule causes stress between me & M. Still worried about money ’cause I’ve committed to a year of personal training and I shouldn’t have – got caught up in the sales pitch on a “high” day. It seems like envelopes are missing from wedding. One of the tags fell off of a “gardner” gift – there were like 8 there. SCHOOL Scott & I both need to get in and get checked out for sleep problems (husband thinks, from observation and research, that we both have non-24-hour circadian rhythm disorder) and we’ve got to keep Scott in school (how?!!!) long enough to be diagnosed.

Medications (what & when): – should have daily: BC, Valproic Acid, Fish Oil & multi – 5 VA and bc about 10

Naps (number, time of day, length): 12:35 – ready for a nap but have a pt session at 3:30 and still have to buy – you know what, going to bed until 2:20

Appetite (or loss of) during the day:

Exercise: (gym at 3:30 p.m. 5-10 min warm up, weights, 30 min cardio)

Drinks: alcohol & caffeinated (number & when):

Irritability:

and my own questions: Lights Out at – alarm – up
