t seems like envelopes are missing from wedding. One of the tags fell off of a “gardner” gift – there were like 8 there.
SCHOOL
Scott & I both need to get in and get checked out for sleep problems (husband thinks, from observation and research, that we both have non-24-hour circadian rhythm disorder) and we’ve got to keep Scott in school (how?!!!) long enough to be diagnosed.

going to bed (11:50) & setting the alarm for 1:50. slept like the dead and didn’t want to get up

cereal w/milk then wheat thins after 10. string cheese soon after 11.
Exercise: (gym at 3 p.m. 5-10 min warm up, weights/abs, 30 min cardio)
