Estimated time to fall asleep: 5+ min

Approx. amount of time awake: don’t think I woke up at all

Estimated amount of sleep: 3.75 hours

Stress: remembering to do my sleep journal getting better with this. my sleep schedule causes stress between me & M. Still worried about money ’cause I’ve committed to a year of personal training and I shouldn’t have – got caught up in the sales pitch on a “high” day. Scott & I both need to get in and get checked out for sleep problems (husband thinks, from observation and research, that we both have non-24-hour circadian rhythm disorder) and we’ve got to keep Scott in school (how?!!!) long enough to be diagnosed. Mammegram was clear but doc was a recheck in May not thinking about this right now. I have Federal Jury Duty in May and I’m not looking forward to being in LA by 8 a.m. 25th anniversary this year and NO WHERE NEAR being able to fit in my wedding dress. (It looked good on Sam!) Cruise in November and hoping to be down but am not attending the gym :-( –should have called Collete yesterday for V.T. There is an Amazon box waiting for me at the post office. I’ve got late library books!!!! I forgot my pills yesterday.
